I say Yippee!! Even though you didn't lose more, you didn't gain, and

your victory over that day's chocolate craving is parade-worthy in

itself. And in case you haven't noticed, you've come a LONG way,

that's exciting even if one little week didn't take off a little

more. And that week's over with! Stick out your tongue at that week

as you leave it in the dust, you'll never see it again! *You* are on

your way to a lot hotter weeks than that one was, just look at your

stats - that's a LOT of day by days with you clearly ahead in the

game. Heck, you were just taking it easy on that week so you wouldn't

hurt its feelings!! =+)

That is great maryruth... on maintaning that crave with chocolate. You are

right about taking this one day at a time. We will do this!

Hi ruth,

I just wanted to say that last week I was craving ice cream and

bought a pint of the peanut butter chocolate Dryers ice cream over

the weekend. I must say it was good. I also bought some chocolate

Christmas candies and put them in a candy dish on my coffee table but

I wasn't doing too good not helping myself to some every so often. I

did so well for so long staying away from all this stuff, looks like

I am either getting back into my old eating habits or just needed to

feed that craving.

It's great that you didn't gain. It's also great that you didn't eat the
