Guest guest Posted January 3, 2004 Report Share Posted January 3, 2004 Okay well its the start of a new year and i wanna kick this weight loss into high gear lol i slacked off on it last year but some info on me 20years old 5'8 male 199 pounds ;p i would like to be around 150-160 ish? i eat pretty bad every friday/saturday night i stay out late and usually eat some kinda of steak / chicken wings or something around that i dont really work out but got a gym membership so im gona start trying to roll that out what should be my plan to start losing weight? i eat out alot especilly when im at work cause its all thats there usually mcdonalds etc how long would it take me to lose a good 20-30 pounds thx guys!
