I hate people tell me, "you will get use to it"!! I've lived here all my life and I have never liked it. Hated it when I was little, and still do. A couple years ago we had almost 3 feet of snow and they didn't close the school because we were in the football playoffs. There were no other schools open in the surrounding 5 counties, but ours was open so they could play football!! Go figure!!
