Baylor's wireless has been down all day, sorry for the late update.

Ken has been suffering from ICU Psychosis for the last two days (confusion & delusions). All day yesterday he had Kim and I laughing as he came up with one funny thing after another. He also had periods of agitation when he would want Kim to leave or go home. This morning was a totally different story. When we first came in he was very upset, because he said 'he almost died'. The rest of the day he has been very quite, because he thinks the doctors and nurses are mad at him or out to get him. He can't sleep or rest because of the steroids.

He has developed pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas.) The surgeon didn't exactly know why... said if it had happened after the 1st transplant, he'd understand, but why it's happening now, he doesn't know. So they stopped the liquid diet for a few days.

Ken pulled out 2 tubes yesterday (again!) they left the NG tube out, but the feeding tube had to be put back in.
