If we decide to give it to him, we will watch out for the metabolic acidosis. So far, we have never had that problem on the diet. was on Topomax for 6 months in conjunction with the diet. The Topomax did nothing for him, so the Zonegran probably won't either. You don't know unless you try, I guess. Thanks again!
