Maybe you could go for a walk, pounding the pavement always helps me and it airs

out your head as well. If you are angry, punching a punching bag sometimes helps

I got a good one! Exercise. If you start taking your frustrations

out with exercising it will become habit just like stuffing youself

with junk right now is. Its true. I mean you will still have your

bad days but it does help and its a lot better than munching out

everytime you have a bad day right?. By the way sorry about your bad

day it did seem pretty yucky. I hope tomorrow is better.

Yikes! Well, I can definitely understand you being triggered to eat.

Sometimes just getting away for a bit, maybe taking a walk, or going

to another location (a store, if you can control your spending,

heehee, or the library) to walk around in and distract me, or just

getting on the phone with a friend helps keep me from emotional

eating. I hope your car accident wasn't very bad, are you ok?
