Guest guest Posted July 20, 2006 Report Share Posted July 20, 2006 Last night I went wild with my GF cooking. Mind you, I'm not an Iron Chef by any means. So, this dinner may sound mundane to others, but it was WILD in my book. Catfish baked with Gluten Free Fortitude Golden Coatings. Ore-Ida Potato wedges baked, and then covered with mushrooms and melted Cabot Cheddar with Chipotle Peppers cheese. Spinach salad with green peppers, yellow summer squash, tomatoes.
