Guest guest
I realized this item has way too many ingredients to post it! I drink one shake every morning. Guess I should just call the company. Would the Clan stuff be easier to just buy and then look this stuff up. How complete is the CT stuff? Anyone find it helpful? Thanks D
Guest guest
Personally I have found reading the labels to be my favorite way to figure out if things are gluten free. I never use product lists, as they easily become outdated. If there is serious doubt and I can't figure out if the product is safe, then I contact the company. Happily, with new labeling laws, wheat must be declared on the label. Unfortunately, barley, rye, and oats do not. If there are a few question mark ingredients, you can always post them here and see what people have to say- and/or search online for those ingredients, although online Gluten Free ingredient lists are often flawed. Good luck! - > > I realized this item has way too many ingredients to post it! I drink one shake every morning. Guess I should just call the company.
