As I always tell myself - at least we are giving (and you gave) this diet 110% - we will never have to look back and say " if only we had tried the keto diet - maybe it would have worked... " I really hope you find the magic bullet for Langan- and I'm so glad your sticking around - I have always enjoyed your posts and appreciated your responses.
