Guest guest
I bought 2 loaves of pre-sliced low carb bread from www.lowcarbnexus.com and here is the review. The bread is VERY light. I wondered if they had sent me an empty box(lol) The bread texture is nice but light, not dense and heavy(which account for a lower carb count I am sure.) The bread does have a soy smell but not a soy taste. And I hate soy so I am super sensitive to it. They rye was very tasty for sandwiches and the regular was GREAT as toast. You could also dry it out and grind it into bread crumbs if you wanted fro any number of recipes. All in all a good choice for bread. It was $13 for 2 loaves shipping included. A bit pricey but the only pre-slices I have seen. No preservatives so keep it in the fridge.
