Guest guest Posted March 25, 2004 Report Share Posted March 25, 2004 Hey everyone, Just wanted to let you all know Im hanging in there, had a bad night last night with 104.6 fever and omg the pain from where they removed the mediport - UGGGGG I tried taking 50 mg. of Oxycodone, but it did not even touch my pain, the ice packs help a little bit - but between the pain from surgery, the fever, the chills, etc. etc. I couldn't control the pain for about 5 hours straight. Finally got 3 hours of sleep until I was awoken with chest pain from where the port was removed, and could not fall back to sleep from it. Been dozing on and off on the couch all day - only to wake up with severe pain in my right wrist and not being able to figure out what the heck happened to my wrist. I just can't seem to get a break.
