This site has some "Frequently Asked Questions" about gastric bypass surgeries. http://www.suewidemark.com/nuwls_faq.htm#talk One article tore at my heart .. http://www.radiancemagazine.com/redline.html I had a friend who could have written this article .. it sounded just like what she went through after her surgery .. and the not quite 3 years of hellacious pain afterwards .. then she ended up gaining most of the weight back when her surgery "came undone" .. and she had to have it "fixed" .. a week after the "fix" .. she died from a blood clot. So please make sure if you do get this surgery .. first talk to people who have had it done .. plus make sure the surgeon you have chosen has a good support team for after surgery care.
