Guest guest
Catalina, thanks for both your warm welcome and understanding of one of the older versions of WW ! It's great you've been able to do so well with Points. I have lots of leftover duct tape if you need it, lol! 'Tis the season when I'd do well to duct-tape our fridge You mentioned the wonderful Cabbage Soup Diet...it's been a few years since I tried it (!!!!!) and it'll be even more before I ever try it again And , it's nice to meet you here! Rhonda, you and your hubster are gorgeous! And belle's such a cutie. We used to have a Welsh Corgi who stood up like that
Guest guest
Welcome, ! I'm glad you found us! 25 pounds gone in the past year is excellent! Who cares if WW doesn't use that plan anymore, if it works for you (and I trust WW plans to all be based on health and nutrition, not just crazy quick fixes) that's all that matters. I've been doing the WW Points system since 4/26, but these past couple weeks, it looks like I nodded off and slipped off the wagon. I'm determined to climb back on, and strap myself in this time, maybe with duct tape. If you see a lunatic chick puffing in a slow run trying to catch up with the wagon, could you toss me a rope? =+) (I was just thinking how I like your phrasing " veteran of diets " , I sure feel like it's an ugly, drawn-out battle, not to mention trying and surviving the Cabbage Soup Diet is definitely worth a medal!)
