We used Floradix Kinder Love Children's Multivitamin (liquid), it has

sugar and carbs but not many and all from naturally occurring sugars.

Our dietitian helped us factor them in, and since they are plant based,

they taste great too (I take the adult version of this). Taste will not

be an issue with these but the carbs and sugar may. The address is

Claire has been on the diet for a year and a half but I am having

difficulty in getting her to take a mulit-vitamin every day. We are

currently using Bugs Bunny Sugar Free, crushed and sprinkled on her

food. I think a liquid would be easier. Does anyone have any

suggestions.

We use Cal-Mag-Zinc III. Some kids don't like the taste but my

little one loves it. It is totally keto friendly.

, mom to Langan, 2 yrs old and keto kid since 11/03; med free

since 4/2/04; MAYBE coming off keto due to acidosis problems but

sticking at 3:1 ratio for now.

Thank you for the suggestion. I could not read the label off the

website to see how many carbs are in each serving. Do you have that

information handy? If not I can see if one of my local stores carry it.
