Some other frequently used here: EFA is Essential Fatty Acids (e.g. fish oil), DAN refers to the Defeat Autism Now movement; ds, dd, dh, etc is dear son, dear daughter, dear husband; CAL is cafe au lait (in reference to a certain type of birthmark).
