Anyone have any type of bad reaction to the tinted ZincO. As with a lot of

the things that happen with rosacea, I never know what's causing something or

what's just coincidence, but I'm currently experiencing some burning on my

upper lip. I've used tinted ZincO there and on my chin after shaving, as it

seems to reduce some of the redness (at least temporarily), but there are

occasions when I don't shave (like today) and don't use the ZincO where it's

still red and burning. I'm also experiencing some tightness and dryness when

I use it (but there was a little of that prior to using it). It's pretty

frustrating in that for the last month or so, I've had to watch what I eat in

terms of the size of it, and I can pretty much only eat with a fork or a

spoon, as the tightness leads to dryness, redness and cracking if I open too

wide. Ridiculous. Just trying to get some ideas here. Thanks.

Hi Matt--I am also one of the rare whose face is irritated by Zinco.

But I do seem to tolerate the tinted better than the untinted.

Explain that! Anyway, I think it's a great product and it soothes

irritated skin on the rest of my body, but it makes my face dry,

itchy and burning. I can tolerate the tinted in moderation, with

some oil applied first. We are all so different.

I know what you mean about the dryness around the mouth and feeling

like your skin is going to split. I have resolved this by making my

own moisturizer of pure aloe gel mixed with Vitamin E oil (32,000

IU). This works wonders! I can't even believe the difference. Might

be worth a try for you.
