Annie, I'm sure I wasn't responsible for any of the inspiring posts

that you read, but it's sure nice to know that the group gave you that

little push that you needed to do your workout. Way to go!!

After reading a whole day's worth of posts from you guys, I decided

to do my workout after all!! So I did a full hour, got a very

satisfying workout, and I have all of you to thank, what an

inspiration this group is!

And you always hear such terrible things about peer pressure!! =+)

Congrats, Annie, on getting your reluctant self to exercise anyway,

being largely motivated by guilt (haha) doesn't make that workout any

less beneficial!!

Good for you Annie! Something I say to myself(yes outloud I say it

lol) when i start to talk myself out of my workout... " have you ever

fealt bad after? " anwser is always no and I get up and do it.
