I have been looking for recipes and some of the US recipes have

measures in 'CUPS' of flour etc. My question is..how much is a cup in

ounces or grams?

You will need to be careful about giving a " cup " a " gram " measurement. All

foods will weigh differently. In other words, you can expect a cup of

chicken to weigh differently from a cup of carrots.
