Guest guest
Are you by any chance going to CT in Oak Brook IL? anonymous anonymous <teaneckanonymous@...> wrote: We all know experience of a clinician is crucial. How much experience is considered 'good.' Yesterday we went for our casting- the clinician I met with for our consult was out all week- so I didnt want to wait another week on this. I wanted to move fwd. I got an apt. with a clinician that 1 person had said was "excellent." It turns out the person who did our casting- (we find out at the casting) is a PT - and has been doing this for 8 months. My husband and I freaked out- but decided to have her do the casting anyways- wanting to move fwd.- as time is of the essence for our child. Did we make a mistake? Is this clinician experienced enough to help our child?? The clinician has been a PT for 5 years- with a totally diff. population- and has just worked with children and plagio for 8 months Should I switch to another clinician? Is it too late given that she made the band for our child? I havent been able to stop thinking that I made a mistake letting this clinician do the casting ...without realizing her inexperience. __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Does anyone have any experience with the supplement Ambrotose in relation to increase in language? It was recommended to me by two parents, but I don't have a lot of information on it, so I am hesitant to try it.
Guest guest
I've heard absolutely wonderful thingss about it too. I take it and it seems to help my immune system. I seem to rarely give it to my daughter though (I'm always forgetting about it), but I'd be curious if it would help.
