Hi, my family and I are on SCD.

My ASD son is doing fabulously!!!!! Whooo Hooooo! We're VERY pleased

about his progress.

I've been on it for almost 9 months.

I eat goat milk yogurt every day and am very careful about staying

pure on the diet.

I am having my second yeast infection since starting the diet. I have

had only one other yeast infection in my life, years and years ago, so

this is out of the ordinary for me.

Is this normal? Why is this happening? What is causing this? How do I

prevent it from happening again?

TIA, cathy

Have you changed soaps, detergents recently? Scented soaps and

detergents can set them off for some people. I use fragrance free

detergent and sensitive skin (fragrance free soaps). Your husband (or

S.O.) also should use fragrance free soaps. Any chance he has a yeast

infection?
