Guest guest Posted April 10, 2000 Report Share Posted April 10, 2000 have a question for you all... insurance has approved (x 2 actually, my primary and secondary) the procedure. i have to have a referral to dr.rutledge and the hospital. debbie says she does not do referrals to the hospital .. Insurance says it must come from pcp. Pcp says it must come from dr. rutledge. I will discuss this with dr. r but was curious if any of you had to get both referrals to the doctor and to the hospital.Debbie says if your pcp gives you a referral to dr R. to eval and treat that should cover it. i would like to hear from some who have crossed that bridge. any answers are appreciated. my packet is complete. hope to be posting a date VERY soon! bergin@...
