I had a rupture, not exactly like an aneurysm. I felt nothing, I just woke up on the floor when my husband yelled at me and then woke up again in the hosp. I was told I had several seizures.

Okay, I've been having the mental confusion, vertigo, neck stiffness, and nausea for the last few weeks!

What are the symptoms of cerebral aneurysms?A cerebral aneurysm may cause symptoms ranging from headaches (your worst headache ever), drowsiness, neck stiffness, nausea and vomiting to more severe symptoms such as mental confusion, vertigo (dizziness) and loss of consciousness.

A ruptured aneurysm is most often accompanied by a severe headache that demands medical attention. The doctor takes an X-ray of the area to determine the exact location of the aneurysm. This information determines the patient's treatment options.
