PLEASE WHEN POSTING A MESSAGE TO THE GROUP – PLEASE UPDATE

THE SUBJECT LINE!!!!!! DO NOT LEAVE IT BLANK!!!!!

Hi everyone,

I am very happy to see this active group making friends and

such with all these terrible auto-immune diseases we all contend with on a

daily basis.

*****One problem though...*****

**When answering a post/email, PLEASE include a sentence or

paragraph from the person/persons post in the body of your reply post. Include

just enough information so everyone knows who and what you are responding to.**

You can also indicate the references in the subject line of

your new post.

**Please do NOT just reply without deleting the " old

email " message, or upgrading the subject line.**

This one little adjustment will make for fewer digests and

much more pleasant reading for those who don't have much energy to stay online.

This also makes it easier for us to choose what we wish to

read or whether to exercise our finger by hitting the delete key!!!!!

**Jokes – It is okay to post jokes, all I ask is that

you acknowledge in the SUBJECT LINE that it is indeed a joke… We all need

laughter in our lives but we also need to be able to choose when we have the

time and energy to read a joke.**

**Forwards – Before you even joined the group –

it states that forwards are to be kept to a minimum – preferably none at

all but all that is asked of you again is to acknowledge that it is a forward

in the SUBJECT LINE!!!!!**

**Religion – This is such a touchy subject to begin

with – I am not saying we can’t discuss religion – just PLEASE,

PLEASE write Religion in the SUBJECT LINE!!!!! Is that too much to ask?**

We are all entitled to Freedom of Speech, and our OWN

opinions, but my asking you to reflect the above in the SUBJECT LINE – is

not complicated. I mean we are all adults correct? We obviously know how to

write an email, we all are dealing with this dreaded disease together – So

if we could please just follow the SUBJECT LINE policy – it would make

for everyone’s life to be easier – those that know whether what

they are about to read is a joke, forward, or religious content then have the

option to either read it, or just delete it – then the complaints would

calm down.

So please, I am begging you all to please follow this policy

– the owners and moderators should not

have to baby-sit – we have enough on our plates to deal with –
