ciao Sheila!

Now, I'm eating only COOCKED PELEED PEARS ( 400gr daily) x fruits.

NO honey.

I'm really discouraged....I really believe in SCD, and I'm very grateful to

it x my GAINING WEIGHT...

But I'm CONTINUE to BE TOO MUCH BLOATED, DISTENDED in my intere dygestive

system and always CONSTIPATED....and all this make me feel VERY NERVOUS AND

SAD!

I don't know HOW TO GO ON...

I know I've SEVERE FUNGUS OVERGROWN....SYSTEMIC YEAST INFECTION by

ASPERGYLLUS ...

All the anti-candida , anti-yeast diet AVOID all simply sugars and fruits+

honey, too...

they permit only a little of whole grains....THE CONTRARY OF SCD!

Yes, I've read the interesting article titled WHY COOCKED FRUITS CAN BE

EATED IF A CHILD HAS YEAST " ...I'm agree with that opinion...simply sugars

are VERY EASY TO BE DIGESTED AND TO BE ABSORBED , so they can't feed bad

patogens....BUT THESE BAD PATOGENS LIVE ON and OF SIMPLY SUGARS....so...if

the YEAST INFECTION is SYSTEMIC....ALL THE SIMPLY SUGARS can be very

dangerous...or not?

Now I'm eating:

:

ALMOND HOMEMADE FINELY GROUNDED FLOUR + 1 tbs vegetable glycerine x my

Breakfast

and

LEGAL VEGETABLES+oil+MEAT or FISH x my lunch & dinner

+

400 gr COOCKED PEARS x my break p.m

+

250 ml vegetable juice ( carrot+elderberry or beet-root+celery+carrot) x my

break a.m.

Now x my Supplement:

I'm using

1 cap ACHIDOPHILUS by KIRKMAN LAB.

2 caps BOVINE COLOSTRUM

I'm starting to practice a lot of movement ( water-relax gym) + Mozart

Fitness...it's work!

I'm very happy for this! It's my DREAM to be a performer of THEATRE!

But I'm VERY DISCOURAGED AND CONFUSED x my CONTINUE SIKNESS of my DYGESTIVE

SYSTEM and CONTINUE DYSBIOSIS...

So, it's better to STOP with this my DREAM x theatre...

I'll nevere become a true, real actress...because I'm only ill ....sigh!

anyway..

Thanks x all your support and help!

God Bless you!

love!

Thanks Sheila!

you wrote me:

400 gr = >If my conversion is correct that's a little more than 1.5 cups of

pearsauce.

IS IT TOO MUCH QUANTITY OF PEARSAUCE?

yes, I'm using 1 clove of fresh garlic daily in my vegetable juice.

BUT THE BLOATING IS ALWAYS PRESENT...

I've not NYSTATIN or DIFLUCAN in Italy...I don't know them....

To fight yeast I'm using MUCAN (omeophatic liquid remedy) and HEALLIX

liquid .

I'll try with the prunes nectar..

BUT ...

my UNSOLVED QUESTION IS...

if YEAST and fungus flourish on simply sugars....could be the fruits I'm

eating THE MAIN CAUSE of MY PERSISTENT INTESTINAL SWELLING and CONTINUE

YEAST OVERGROWN?

( and so for thir reason...should be better to use whole grains x my

necessarious daily carbhoidrates intake?)

Thanks x your encouragement....

Yes I desire to recovery, completely...to play my dance-theatre...

I hope ...

God bless all us !!!!!

pears while scd legal seem to have yeats promoting qualities if taken

to excess

you re going to need digestive enzymes

the houstonni pep, classic zyme and no fenol are good

make sure you get the rice bran oil filler capsule versions as this

is what seems to work best by a long way

Although that seems like a lot of pearsuce you do need some source

of legal carbohydrate, either pearsauce or something else. Maybe

you can try Fitday.com to see how much is good for your weight and

height.

This may help with the constipation. You may want to increase the

garlic/day (1.5 or 2 cloves)

I think the yeast will just adapt to the whole grains and ferment

those and get worse. You wrote previously that you were able to add

some much needed weight- I believe that grains will undo that

progress.

Also previously you wrote that you lack enzymes ( I can't find the

post but it's in the back of my mind) You might consider taking

some legal enzymes. Is it possible that you have low stomach acid?

Yes...IS VERY POSSIBLE I HAVE LOW ACID STOMACH!

ANY SUGGESTIONS? ( I'm using yet legal enzymes ..but there is NO REAL

IMPROVEMENT!!!!)

and a little help...

MANY ENZYMES SUPPLEMENTS DERIVED FROM FUNGUS ASPERGYLLUS ( ex: Houstun

Enzymes og Digest Gold by Enzymedica..)

If I've FUNGUS INFECTION by ASPERGYLLUS NIGER...CAN I USE THEM SAFELY, THE

SAME?

thanks!

Well, enzymes are one of the possible treatments so if they aren't

helping it isn't as likely.

It should be fine to use the enzymes anyway. If you had an allergy

to them then it could be a problem.

Some also treat yeast with oil of oregano and GSE (on rotation), but

I don't know a lot about these.
