you got that right. i was saying the same thing. no more junk food

laying around, no more chocolate. LOL! i'm glad the holidays are

gone. glad xmas only comes once a year! LOL!

let us know how that book is. i was browsing through it lastnight at

walmart. didn't buy it. was just looking at it.

Cheryl I would like to know more about Dr. Phil's book. I have been

anticipating in buying it, however, I not exactly sure??

I think we all have been a little bad during the holidays but they

are over now and we have to get started again. We can do this!!!

(says the woman who had to roll out of bed this morning) LOL I

walked twice yesterday!!!

Hey ! Well, the one I have is a supplement to the original

one which I did not buy. However, I will not go out and buy the

original book because it really hasn't told me what I don't already

know. The supplement does have a good layout on what you should eat

for each meal and the quantity. Also, it lists the foods that you

should eat regularly and the ones that you should try and avoid as

much as possible (sweets, fast food, etc). The tables are also

helpful if you are looking for a calorie counting book. I hope that

helps, I guess i have done so much research that it really wasn't

much good for me. If you haven't done a lot of research it might be

a great thing for you. Take care.
