LOL! i'm glad the holidays are gone. glad xmas only comes once a year! However, I will not go out and buy the original book because it really hasn't told me what I don't already know. The supplement does have a good layout on what you should eat for each meal and the quantity. Also, it lists the foods that you should eat regularly and the ones that you should try and avoid as much as possible (sweets, fast food, etc). The tables are also helpful if you are looking for a calorie counting book. I hope that helps, I guess i have done so much research that it really wasn't much good for me.
