Guest guest
We used Magnesium and it helped but his gastro warned us of kids developing magnesium toxicity and recommended Miralax which has worked great once we found the right dose. The magnesium did work though. Again, you have to find the right dose.

Guest guest
I use miralax as well. We are still finding our balance with it, but it is very reliable and disssolves in 's water. I have to crush all of his pills for his, so this is a big plus. It seems to be tasteless. Constapation can be a big hindrance for the diet from what I hear - hope all is well soon! Guest guest
We use CalMagZincII by Whole Life, we do 8cc per day, plus an adult multivitamin, Centrum A-Z, not sure how much mag is in it. The CalMagZinc keeps him regular, bowel movement about once a day. If we give to much mag he gets the runs....so we stick to this.
