Guest guest
OK -- well this is interesting. I started giving my son K2 about a month ago -- because I thought he was showing signs of high oxalates. Hadn't thought about the fact that K2 was another fat-soluble -- have been supplementing with A and E already.... Also switched to calcium citrate with magnesium citrate. I have also viewed my son as responding too/ using up a lot of antioxidants... -- which correlates here. For more info on low oxalate diet http://www.drneubrander.com/Files/BioChat%2020051004%20-%20% 20Owens.doc Always learning!!! > > > > > > > > I am new to the group and apologize if this issue has already > > been > > > > addressed. Guest guest
The mag/cal citrate should help with oxalates. For kids that have long-term sleep disturbances, I suggest trying melatonin before bedtime. Some kids just don't make enough of it themselves. > > > > > > > > > > I am new to the group and apologize if this issue has already > > > been > > > > > addressed. I am desperate!
