Can you tell me more about this? I use the Organic Valley Heavy Whipping

Cream, which is the only kind I can get in my area with 6gm of

fat/serving. I'd also talked to someone at the company and was told it

was min. 40%, but usu. higher.

~Thanks,

Barbara

I emailed the company and the woman there sent me the exact unrounded

info, I tried to attach it to this document but can't send attachments,

below are the unrounded numbers for 100g.

protein 2.05g

fat 37g

carb 2.79g

if you need more info on it, I can email you directly the pdf file I

was sent, just let me know. There is an european whipping cream which

is very high in fat, I can only get it at specialty stores or in

Redmond Wa there is a shop called the british pantry and they have it

too.

It definitly lowered my daughters ratios when I used these numbers and

since Stella still has lots of seizures (over 20 yesterday) I am going

through everything with a fine tooth comb.

Best of look to you.
