Things you can do to make your day go easier .. make sure you remember to drink water during the day to stay hydrated.. if you are hydrated, your body functions better. A short walk at lunch will help to rid you of the excess stress built up from the morning. Stay away from caffeine for the morning .. if you normally drink two cups of coffee, just drink one. You dont need the extra "rush" from the caffeine, you are getting enough of that from the adrenaline your body is secreting. Remember to take deep breaths .. when we are nervous we tend to breathe with shallow breaths .. breathing deeply oxygenates your body and helps to rid the body of toxins that slow you down mentally. If you have a sit down job, remember to stretch or move your legs at your desk. This will help keep the cramps from taking over. And most of all .. remember .. you are not in the boat alone .. there have been many people in your same pridicament and they have survived .. smiles.. you will too!!! I am sure of it.. keep us up to date on how it goes!
