I am sorry for anyone who tried to email me personally today. My

email was turned off until now. Now I am ready to go! :)

I am wondering where everyone is getting their nut milk. I know

Almond Breeze has rice and some gluten.

Are you making it? Or is there a brand I can order on line?

Thanks!

Tami

Hi Tami,

We make our own nut milks. Commercial nut milk usually has illegal gums in

them.

There are easy to make nut milk recipes at

http://pecanbread.com/recipes.html

Just scroll down to the " Nut Milk, Cheese and Yogurt " section.

One addendum to the recipes on the website is to *not* use the nut milk

residue after making the nut milk. It is concentrated fiber/cellulose and

may encourage bad bugs to proliferate.
