Guest guest Posted March 14, 2004 Report Share Posted March 14, 2004 I just can't seem to catch a break right now. We had to put our new puppy to sleep last night. She apparently had some congenital problem. She was playing on the bed with me yesterday morning and by noon she was in the emergency room fighting for her life. All her body systems shut down one by one. Can't believe something so little and perfect is gone. We only got to love her for two weeks, and that wasn't nearly enough. Trying to start back to work tomorrow. Doctor decided to just keep me on low dose steroids when my current round are done. Guess I'm getting a little worse since we've had to move to steroids. Been trying to avoid them. Life's crappy stuff has been snowballing this week. Guess it can only get better from here. Have a good week everyone. I am so sorry to hear about your puppy. That just breaks my heart and I didn't even know it, so I can't imagine how it must be for you.
