Guest guest
hello everyone, I have not posted here in a long while. I thought I should add my two sense to this. I saw another post related to this. Just to let you all know that my son who is 8 now who has verbal and oral dyspraxia. when he was born he had stork bite on the back of his neck at the base. this stork bite was quite spread out length wise and was from one side of the neck to the other width wise. i do not know what size it was in terms of measurements due to has since faded away. it started to fade around age 1 or so. the interesting thing with this is that my son has kind of a scar like mark where the stork bite was originally. . the mark is very light in color but kind of looks like he might have had some sort of bruise that left a slight light colered scar.where the stork bite was my son does not seem to grow any hair on either. other people in my family have noticed that my son does not have any hair on area of his neck. it will be interested to know if there is any link to our childrens speech issues or if the neuroligical aspect mentioned are linked some how also.
