Hello, all! I was just wondering... I accidentally left my yogurt in

the yogurt maker like 8-9 hours longer than I should have... is it

still okay to eat? I figured it probably would be, but I just wanted

to make sure. Thanks!

It will still be okay to eat but there will be less bacteria (they

start to die at 30 hrs) and will not last as long in the refrigerator.

Shiela,

I have done this and there shouldn't be any problem. Put it in the frig as

usual and eat it up.
