Your breath will be horrible and you may have a bad taste in your mouth. If you are doing really well on your water, you may notice Ketosis odor when you go to the bathroom instead. Typically, they have been eating sweets/carbs and their body is unable to manage the insulin, leading to MAJOR problems. If I drink a lot of water (about 128 oz, my normal), there is essentially no taste or odor during the day. The only indication I get is a very flat, metallic taste in my mouth in the morning.
