Guest guest
Mind you this is not exact by any means.... Start with a roll of Italian Sausage. I use the owens brand, it is sold near the Jimmy Dean type breakfast sausages. Press the sausage out flat and thin... keep some cold water hadny to dip your hands in (cuts down on the sausage sticking to you). When you get it really thin, pinch up the edges sort of like when you make a pie crust. Bake this for about 5 to 10 minutes or until it starts looking brown... Remove from oven and drain any grease off of it. Spread a tablespoon or so of Italial seasoned tomato paste (contidina is a good one)over the crust. Add whatever toppings you like...pepperoni, peppers, olives, mushrooms, onions etc. Top with your favorite cheese and put back in the oven for 10 minutes or so, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes to " set " ..... Eat and enjoy! Even my daughter loves it. --- *Jeanie Lynn* lowcountry@...> wrote: > I wouldn't mind having a recipe for this myself > > << have > one, let me know! > >>>> > > ===== Kathy __________________________________________________
