Hi gang

I have a problem and would like your opinion. This morning I got up ate my

usual breakfast of oatmeal, two pieces of toast and a glass of 2% milk. Then

around noon I had a bowl of mashed potatoes with butter.

Around 3:30pm I began to shake and was extremely weak. I sat at the table in a

chair and my right leg began to stomp the floor uncontrollable. Then my enitre

body was shaking. I managed to get down a bite or two of potato salad some

jello and milk.

After several minutes this quieted the shaking. I was so tired, I had to lie

down. It has been several months now since I have had an episode like this.

Do any of you have any ideas what this could be. Is it Arnold rearing his head

or something else?

Thanks

Charlotte,

You could try adding some protein to your diet. You

had little if any in the foods you listed. Eggs,

cheese, tuna - all very good sources of protein.

Hi Charlotte,

It could be low blood sugar. Looking at what you consumed, it is mostly

carbohydrates (a little protein at breakfast with the combo of oatmeal &

milk). You need approx 46 grams of protein a day, divided up in your meals.

Warmest regards,

Sharon
