Guest guest
Hi Dianne. You know I think the biggest hurdle in weight loss is the mental part. Humans are by nature creatures of habbit. It is so hard to break bad habbits of not eating right and not exercising. I promise you thou once you do it gets easier to do....at least the habbits of eating well and getting in exercise. There are other issues to deal with and for each of us those vary as we vary as indivduals. I am very much a creature of habbit. I hate to have my routine upset. So once I got the exercise worked into my daily routine I find it very hard to have it disrupted. It makes me crabby. Thanks for the complimets on my pics. You know what's funny I have always wanted to be a red head!!! I use to use those wash out colors always in red Dianne you can do this girl! I know you can! and you deserve to be a happier and healthier person!!! Rhonda > Hi All, > > I haven't been doing too well. Guest guest
My youngest son has red hair and he always used to cry and say when he got older he would dye it because he was the only one in the family with red hair. Well he did dye it blonde but he went from one extreme to the other.............it's now black! It's a shame because it was a lovely colour red....................Take care.......Leanne rhondageier@... wrote:Hi Dianne. You know I think the biggest hurdle in weight loss is the mental part.
