Hon .. dealing with relatives when a loved one is ill can be a pain in

the butt no matter if you are gay or not, married or not.

Face it .. it sounds like Cat's mom is a control freak .. and she

probably would have tried to limit visitors and contacts no matter what!

Situations like this are great advertisement for Living Wills, Power of

Attorney, etc.

All of us need to be aware that we could be the subject of just such a

problem ..

people fighting over us and what " they " think is the best may be totally

against what 'YOU " think is best.

With an illness like Lupus that can take you down in a heart beat, it is

very important that we ALL take the time to make our wishes known .. and

then make them legally binding!

You stay strong .. and fight for Cat's rights and what " YOU " know she

wants.
