I often use the " Control F " function to find things in documents and

when doing internet research. It really lets you move through things

quickly.

FYI the folder is named ~Recipes~ and is the last one on the list of files so it is easy to find :)

Mikey, last night I made Lemon Cream Chicken

boneless chick (each breast cut into thirds horizonally and pounded)

sprinkle with Lemon/Pepper Seasonings

dredge with grated Parmesan cheese

pan fry (combo butter and olive oil) until brown

remove chick

add couple tablespoons lemon juice to drippings along with some

mushrooms (optional)

add couple tablespoons sherry (cooking or real)

and 1 cup heavy cream and stir until thickened

add chick and serve

It was really tasty and easy...I don't know the exact carb count, but

couldn't be that bad....served with green beans and salad...yum!

any questions just ask!
