Guest guest Posted January 8, 2002 Report Share Posted January 8, 2002 Mikey, last night I made Lemon Cream Chicken boneless chick (each breast cut into thirds horizonally and pounded) sprinkle with Lemon/Pepper Seasonings dredge with grated Parmesan cheese pan fry (combo butter and olive oil) until brown remove chick add couple tablespoons lemon juice to drippings along with some mushrooms (optional) add couple tablespoons sherry (cooking or real) and 1 cup heavy cream and stir until thickened add chick and serve It was really tasty and easy...I don't know the exact carb count, but couldn't be that bad....served with green beans and salad...yum! any questions just ask!
