During this special evening, actress Mariel Hemingway will reveal her tips

for real beauty, renewed energy, and a radiant, healthy life.

An actress, mother, wife, and granddaughter of Ernest Hemingway, Mariel

Hemingway has faced many personal challenges and family tragedies. She has

also experienced living and working in Hollywood, with its relentless focus

on external appearance. Though she experimented with fad diets, too much or

too little exercise, and other alternative remedies, Mariel found nothing to

satisfy and sustain her. She began to develop her own methods of living

healthfully and consciously and sought out ways to achieve calmness and

balance, and enjoy her experiences.

After years of application Mariel has now honed her practices into a program

that she can share with others-MARIEL HEMINGWAY'S HEALTHY LIVING FROM THE

INSIDE OUT offers a fresh new approach to total body health. Mariel's 30-Day

About The Shimon and Sara Birnbaum JCC

The Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center is located in

Bridgewater, New Jersey serving residents of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren

Counties, providing fitness, recreational, social, cultural and educational

programs for the entire community. The state-of-the-art facility includes an

indoor pool, gymnasium and fitness center and summer swim club. The JCC

Blaustein Early Childhood Center offers full day and half-day programs for 2

year- olds through Kindergarten, " Mommy & Me " , Early Risers, Lunch Bunch,

Kindergarten Enrichment and Extended Day are available. Camp Talamini-Ruach

is an eight week summer day camp offering programs for ages 2- 9th grade.

The JCC Camp and Preschool Scholarship Program makes it possible for

youngsters to participate in JCC activities that they could not otherwise

afford. In 2005, the JCC awarded over $80,000 in scholarship aid so that

families with financial difficulties could send their children to Camp

Talamini-Ruach and the Blaustein Early Childhood Center. A summer at Camp

Talamini-Ruach gives children a chance to challenge their spirits, as well

as their minds and bodies by learning independence, building character and

making life-long friends. Funds also support services to over 200 seniors

including a hot lunch, exercise, entertainment and the opportunity for

seniors to socialize with one another. Keeping our older citizens active and

independent is an important goal of our JCC and participating in stimulating

programs enables seniors to lead more fulfilling lives.
