Hi, Tina.

Frontier's vanilla is legal. I buy it at Whole Foods and have seen it at

smaller health food stores, too.

The brand name I use is made by " Now Foods " . This is also a brand

of many supplements with a bright orange label.

My label says: Certified Organic Vanilla Extract

Ingredients: Organic Grain Alcohol, water and organic vanilla pods.

Hope you can find a legal brand in your area.
