Guest guest
Welcome to the group Jo. My name is Leanne and I am from Australia, I have four kids(young adults) and one gorgeous little grandson. You will find this group very supportive and you will find lots of interesting stuff posted. Maybe you should try some crunches(sit ups) to get rid of your belly. It seems to be where I tend to store my fat too! Anyway, looking forward to getting to know you.............Take care........Leanne jdc_tbs jdc_tbs@...> wrote:Hi All, I am new at this group thing. But I need some weight lose support. And I thought I would try this out and see if it's for me. I just had a baby September 5th 2003. I am back to my weight before I was pregnant, but I am getting married this next July. And I am so scared of being a fat bride. I am on the right track. I have changed the way I eat and am still working on the exercise thing. But it's so hard. I love to eat everthing that I can't. Right now I am 5'7 " and 236lbs. Mostly it's my belly from having a baby. Any ideas how to get rid of it?? Thanks for listening. Jo Question of the Week: What is your biggest challenge as far as getting motivated? Guest guest
Jo, I know a lot of the women here own treadmils, however, I have several tapes to do work-outs. Although, they are collecting dust I am really having problems getting my exercises in. I am very tired when I come home from work I just do not have the energy, and since school has started back I am trying to fit work, school and home in my time and finding it to be very difficult. jdc_tbs jdc_tbs@...> wrote:My plan is to stay with the changes I made to my eating habits. Guest guest
Hi there Jo, Congratulations on your new baby AND loosing your pregnancy weight!! Hurrah! I too had a baby (Aug. 2003) and cannot seems to loose these last ten pounds.... like you I was left with a souvenir, my little belly. Abdominals, abdominals, abdominals!! I try to remember that it took me 9 months to gaing 35 pounds during pregancy and shouldn't expect to loose my tummy overnight. Know what I mean? I wish you success! -Raquel
