I'm a 34 year young stay at home mom (for a while, at least.) My baby girl will soon be 5 months. I gained 35 pounds during pregancy and still need to loose 10 to reach my before pregancy weight. Even so, I was a bit overweight prior to pregnancy. My goal is to loose 50 pounds by the end of the year. I'm not trying crash or liquid diets. I've simply resolved to eat healthier, smaller portions, lots of water and exercise on a regular basis. I hope to provide encouragement as well as seek some pick me up, feel good words in this forum.
