Oh, and what is the easiest way to get them to take the fish oil? I

have tried putting it into her juice, but she doesn't like it. Please

Melody,

I've just popped it with the tip of a steak knife, and squeezed the oil

onto a spoon. I told her its " majic oil " or " majic juice " to help us.

She swallowed it up!!

I mix my son's in his oatmeal in the morning or I'll make him a smoothie and put

it in there. I use a strawberry flavored fish oil (in the bottle) from Nordic

Naturals so not sure if that makes it less fishy tasting but my son doesn't

taste it at all!
