yogurt starter and probiotics

I just recieved these from Lucy's and there are a few things that I am

worried about

a) I am extremely allergic to casein and I noticed both contain skim milk

powder

has this bothered any other casein sensitive people

I wanted to make nut yogurt with the starter but I also noticed that it

has sucrose in it?
