Guest guest
Does everyone have the same type of headaches? Do some of you get the " creepy crawlies " on the sides of you head? Thanks Melody
Guest guest
No, I would have to say that all of us don't get the same type of Headache all the time. But I also would have to say that there is a certain type of Headache that seems to be a common complaint between most of us, which is the Pulsating/Pressure Headache that is in the Base of the Skull and back of the Neck. Yes, I get those Creepy Crawlies too. Take Care, Brande, RHIT mymocha@... > Does everyone have the same type of headaches? Guest guest
Yes, I am glad that someone has brought up the subject of creep crawly type headaches. I just have to scratch at it and I try not to do it in public in case someone thinks that I have that dreaded condition that school kids seem to get. It nearly drives me insane. Last night I was knitting and I didn't reaslise that I was doing it but I was scratching at my head with the knitting pin trying to relieve the feeling regards Ann in Brisbane Australia headaches Does everyone have the same type of headaches? Guest guest
I get three types. One,a daily chiari pressure like headache. Do not have them any longer after the ACM decompression. Bad ones, but sometimes tolerable. More like just never ending drudgery types. Over for me now, praise God. Two, Migraines!, usually hormonal and really bad killers, just getting over one. Only 3 of which I have had this year since the surgery. Three, the regular headache for whatever reason like anyone can get. Stabbers, or freeze brain, or no caffeine headaches. Tension, or just tiredness headaches. I don't really have these type much. I do have one if I don't drink caffeine. But, then at times I have to get off caffeine. (In soft drinks for me) I don't know if the " creepy crawlies " are headaches. I have these too. They don't hurt though. I had a lot of the feelings like my scalp is moving or like a bug is in my hair and is not right before I got the shingles of the head and neck nerves. I think there are lots of kinds of headaches. The drs. have told me that they don't care to type them so much, but just give you something for them if they are bad enough. Or if continuing kind, use preventatives. I think they should listen to you when you type them and study them better. Because they may be able to study true migrainers then and distinguish this headache at least. They are debilitating, and extreeeeemly painful, make you sick for days. There needs to be a cure for them. I have the classic migraines still even though I say I don't have the daily kind that ACM gave me before. I'd really like the cure for the migraine. They are still bad enough even if once a month. I really hoped they would go away with the surgery too. But, they did not. in Ala. On Mon, 1 Jul 2002 06:30:39 -0500 " The Duke Family " writes: > Does everyone have the same type of headaches? Guest guest
My headaches were more of a pressure than pain and only lasted for seconds (aka cough headache). --- The Duke Family wrote: > Does everyone have the same type of headaches?
