I moderate a list serve for parents and professionals of children with disabilities and we have several strong advocactes in Florida on our list, as well as special ed attorneys and medical field. I also advocate through our state advocacy office for disabilities. I would like to put it on our private list serve for others to pass along. thanks, Brigett > > Hello there, I haven't been on the group for awhile. Guest guest
Brigett, Please do and thank you so much for offering!! I welcome anyone that wants to help get the word out about this. I really want to see people from all over the state come to this and future workshops. I plan to bring all of the Prompt workshops to the area as well as others that will be beneficial to therapists treating apraxia and the families! You may also want to mention to folks that there is going to be a Talk Tools workshop in Ft. Lauderdale in late January. There is more info on their website. This is great for those who are interested in helping those with oral motor weakness, dysarthria, feeding issues, etc. Brigett, thank you again for your kind offer. I appreciate it so very much!!
