I don't know how much pro-efa you are giving, but even on this list, the dosing varies a lot. Guest guest Posted December 13, 2006 Report Share Posted December 13, 2006 CLO is cod liver oil. I give 2 tsp to my 3 and a half yr old PLUS one PRO EFA.
