I don't think it's too much unless your child has a bad reaction to

it. I don't know how much pro-efa you are giving, but even on this

list, the dosing varies a lot. I would at least try it.

CLO is cod liver oil. I give 2 tsp to my 3 and a half yr old PLUS one PRO EFA.

That's a total of 970mg of EPA and 980mg of DHA. Is this ok?
